Why I'm okay with losing money

I’ve always tried to take a long-term approach to marketing, and building my brand.

Which is why yesterday, when a loyal subscriber to this newsletter asked me for the link so they could buy my course, I gave them a resounding “no”.

Why turn down money?

The reason is as follows:

This coming Monday, I will be offering a very sizeable discount on said course. And I have absolutely no intention of charging this person (who, from our multiple correspondences over the past couple weeks/months, seems to be a genuinely good person, and who I have a lot of respect for).

Because, picture this:

You’ve just forked out nearly $300 (the original price of the course), only to find out that, had you waited just a couple days longer, you could have saved yourself far more than your weekly shopping bill.

And even worse…

The person on the other side of the internet KNEW they were going to run the sale and actively elected to “omit” that crucial piece of information.

No thanks.

And as much as I’d like to think this sorta thing doesn’t happen in the online marketing space, that would be highly naive. And I have zero desire to “lump” myself in the basket of crappy marketers who will do quite literally anything to squeeze every last drop out of the people who are the only reason they’re able to run their business anyway.

All of that is to say…

If you are even THINKING about treating yourself to any of my courses this Black Friday (which, not only would I argue are really rather useful, but the nearly one hundred people who have already purchased it, would seem inclined to agree).

Please…. DON’T.

At least not yet, anyway.

Because as soon as I pull my finger out and sort out the discount codes, you will be able to get them for a fraction of the cost they are currently available for.

Of course, feel free to check out the sales page in the meantime: https://www.harrybeadle.com/client-creator.

And feel free to ping me over any questions you have about what you can expect once you get inside (I want you to make an informed decision before you buy, after all).

But please, do not click buy yet.

You’ll only be spending more money than you need to.

That’s all from me today.

Hope you have a lovely weekend.

I’m planning to go see them turn on the Christmas lights at Oxford Circus (and probably be cajoled into spending far too much of my money on expensive hot chocolates and other cakes).

Talk soon,

Harry

PS. Ping me any cool weekend plans you’ve got, or any questions I can help with in the meantime.
