My plan to scale to $30k/mo in 2024
Full roadmap
In November I had 0 followers and had made precisely $0.
4 months later, I’ve:
Gone 0 → 3,800+ followers
Built this email list to 1,700+ subs
Hit my first $10,000 month
Which is all well and good.
But I’m not one to rest on my laurels.
I have extremely ambitious goals for my brand.
And while $10k/month is nice.
I have no intention of stopping there.
So what’s the next goal I have my sights set on?
My first $30,000 month.
But I have a few requirements for how I do this:
I won’t work more than 4 hours a day
I’m going to be VERY particular about who I work with
I don’t want to spend any time doing the boring admin shit (I hate this with a passion)
I want to slowly transition into the digital product business model
Because in just over a month’s time I’ll be free of my 9-5.
And I have no intention of simply creating another one in its place.
Sustainability and time freedom is far more important to me than money.
So I’ll be taking this rise to $30k/month slowly.
Doing it properly.
And most importantly, doing it enjoyably.
Here’s my plan to go all in and hit $30k/month in 2024:
1) Invest in myself
Roger Federer is (arguably) the best tennis player of all time.
Yet even he had a coach.
Because he understands that an external perspective opens your eyes to things you wouldn’t have otherwise seen.
Which is exactly why I’ll be investing heavily in mentorships and external guidance over the coming months.
Because people 2-3 steps ahead of you see the game differently.
They have a better perspective.
They’ve been through the shit and know how to guide you through it without all the struggle and headaches.
That’s the power of a great mentor.
2) Expand my group program into a 50-strong community
This month I opened my group coaching program.
6 lucky lads that are excited to scale their brand to the moon under my guidance.
I’ll be giving them everything they could possibly need to design disgustingly good offers, land clients and command authority in their space.
But in 2024 I want this to become a full-scale community.
I want to scale this to 50 active members.
Everyone will still get unfiltered access to me as part of the weekly group calls and live chat. And of course, my early joiners will get access to every additional benefit I add along the way (and a cheaper ticket).
But to do this I’ll obviously have to do some hiring: sales coaches, content coaches, email marketing coaches, client success managers. The works.
I’m going to turn this fucker into the most epic community everyone on X has ever seen.
The best of the best.
3) Launch my flagship course
I love building shit.
It’s why I got into this game.
The sense of flow I get whenever I’m building one of my ultimate guides is unparalleled.
Which is exactly why I’ll be launching my flagship course this year.
I won’t reveal too much about this yet.
All I’ll say is it’s going to change the game for each and every one of you reading this email.
And before some moron chimes up and says “courses only make serious money if you have a massive following.”
That’s not why I’m doing it.
I’m doing it for my own personal development and to have a steady stream of income which ticks away in the background without me having to lift a finger.
4) Outsource all the shit I hate
I suck at admin.
Actually, that’s not fair.
I just fucking hate doing it (and as a result I always put it off).
So very soon I’ll be hiring a VA to handle all of the stuff I don’t wanna do.
This way I’ll be able to focus on the big, exciting, lever-moving tasks that are going to take me closer to that $30k mark.
5) Reduce my client spots and increase prices
I love my clients.
But as a one-person business there’s only one way to scale client work without having a mental breakdown:
Reducing spots
Being incredibly picky about who I work with
Significantly increasing my prices
I’ll be selecting only the very best of the best to work with.
People with good, established businesses I can genuinely make a difference in.
That’s how you make the client/coaching model sustainable.
Get stuck in the beginner crowd and you’ll never grow past $10k/month.
6) Systematise
SOP’s.
Funnels.
Onboarding systems.
I need to learn more about all of it.
Which is exactly what I’ll be doing over the next 3-6 months.
I’ve built the frontend of my business.
Validated my offer with the outrageous results me and my clients have got.
And now it’s time to pull back, fix up the cracks, and build out the backend.
Even if that means lower revenue in the short term.
Play the long game babyyyyyy.
That’s how you win.
I also have a few other “smaller” goals for this year:
10,000 followers on X
5,000 email subscribers
Start my YouTube channel (fucking pumped for this)
Let’s see what the next 6-12 months have in store, eh?
It’s gonna be fucking wild.
Talk soon,
Harry
