[Announcement] Your chance to "Flip The Script"
9 days ago, a Creator reached out to me.
I don’t normally pay too much mind to my DMs on Twitter.
But I don’t know.
Something about this one just “resonated”.
And the next day, we hopped on a call.
His words:
=================
“I feel like I’m on the brink of giving up. I’m building this thing, but it feels like I’m always spinning my wheels. No-one seems to care about my content. I’m always chasing people trying to find people who will work with me. I’m pretty sure I’d be able to help them if they let me, but I can’t seem to show them that. And, I dunno. It just feels like a never-ending cycle of rejection and disappointment when they either ghost my messages or just flat out say they aren’t interested.”
=================
Which hit home pretty hard.
Because I experienced this early on in my creator journey too.
I don’t say this lightly:
Building my brand alongside my 9-5 was, to this day, the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do.
Crusting myself out of bed at 6am to write content. Dragging myself onto the packed train to work. Spending my coffee and lunch breaks slamming comments on other creator’s posts to desperately try and gain some traction on my brand. And then sacrificing time with my friends and family in the evening or on the weekends…
…only to feel like no-one really gave a shit.
I have this little “hatch” in my flat which is a bit like a “window” between my kitchen and my living room.
And I still remember resting my laptop on this so I could stand up and write my content because I was starting to develop pain in my upper back from always being slouched over my desk (either for my brand, or at work).
I won’t lie.
I still work very hard.
But the difference now is that I feel in complete control of my brand and who I work with.
And, most importantly, people seem to actually care about what I have to say.
And when I look back, there was only ONE thing which helped me “flip the script” and go from the one chasing clients… to being the one clients chased.
I used to think it was because I figured out my offer.
But, honestly, my offer changes for every client I work with.
And it’s not that hard to write a quick proposal.
Anyone can do that.
The hard part is escaping the endless grind of chasing people and trying to find someone to make a fucking offer to in the first place (I’m sure you can relate).
But here’s the thing:
The ONLY way that happens is if you learn to position yourself uniquely in your market.
There’s simply too many creators fighting over the same pie.
Unless you can differentiate yourself, you simply get lost in a “sea” of noise.
Now…
You might have heard about “positioning”, “standing out”, “creating your niche of one” or finding your “unique” place in the market before.
But I’d hazard a guess that only a few creators understand what that actually means.
Because positioning or “standing out” is not about finding a fancy slogan like my “common sense” mantra.
That’s a nice “touch”.
But clients don’t reach out to me to work with them because I found a cool name for myself.
They reach out to me because I’m able to position myself as the ONE person who truly understands their problems, the experiences they’re going through, and how I can help.
That was what made the REAL difference.
That’s when the tide finally started to turn.
And that’s when I was able to “flip the script” and go from feeling like I was chasing shadows every day (like the creator I told you about at the start of this email)…
To being the one clients chased after.
And I have this theory, see:
If one person is struggling with something, 1,000 other people probably are too.
Which is exactly why I’m sending you an invite to my latest workshop today.
Because I know I’m a bit of a harsh fucker in these emails sometimes.
But that’s only because I genuinely want you to win.
I want you to feel in control of your brand’s future.
I want you to build a business that doesn’t feel like an endless struggle.
And I want you to know what I know.
You don’t need case studies.
You don’t need thousands of followers.
You don’t need a stack of social proof.
You simply need to be able to show people that you understand their specific problem, experiences, and situation better than anyone else in the market.
And if you would like to learn how to do that, then....
Your invite is attached below.
I promise it will open your eyes to an entirely new way of viewing your brand, offer and positioning in your niche.
And, as a bonus…
For the next 5 people who sign up, you will be able to submit:
Your Twitter profile
3 pieces of your content which didn’t go as you expected
One DM conversation with a potential client which failed
And I will help show you where you might be going wrong.
(There were 10 spots for this bonus, but 5 people nabbed theirs early).
The workshop will run at 10AM-12AM CST @ Sunday 29th September.
Doors close at Midnight 28th September.
I won’t be running this workshop ever again.
And I can promise you this:
This will be the biggest “eye opener” you’ve ever experienced on your creator journey so far.
I know it was for me.
Your invite:
PS. You’re going to want to read the “guarantee” section at the bottom of the page.
Because you’re going to see that I’ve just done something no creator has done before.
And you’re going to understand how serious I am about this offer.
Because I genuinely think this will be a game-changer for you.
And I don’t want any doubts about your investment to prevent you from getting access to, what I believe, is going to be the biggest “lightbulb” moment you’ve ever experienced on your creator journey so far.
