$0 → $4k/mo in 30 days. The ONE change I made.

Fix your offer

Morning shaggers.

I’m short AF on time this morning and I’m sure you are too.

Clients to onboard. A backlog of profile audits to run for you guys. And a full send on the cards tonight to see my favourite DJ (Folamour - IYKYK).

So I’m about to go full value on you.

No fluff.

Straight to the point.

Jan 7th I was at 2,400 and $0.

Jan 31st I’d made $4,000+.

What changed?

My offer.

I figured out what actually makes a good offer.

And it’s probably not something you’ve ever considered before:

Root cause squared + unique mechanism.

Let me break this down with an example.

A guy comes to you and he can’t get laid.

He thinks it’s because he’s too short, fat or isn’t funny enough.

That isn’t the reason.

That’s surface level shit.

The root cause of why he isn’t getting laid is because he’s low status AF.

His fat frame, puny stature and bland personality all contributes to this, sure.

But there’s plenty of blokes in this same boat that are absolutely slaying it with women.

The reason?

They’re high status.

So his low status is root cause level 1.

Now you need to show him the error of his ways.

To raise his awareness around why status is the REAL reason he hasn’t had a shag in the last two years.

But you’re not done yet.

You need to dig deeper still.

Your job now is to find the root cause behind the root cause.

The root cause squared.

You need to identify the core REASON why his status is so low.

And it can’t be related to his fat gut, poor diet or his plank-of-wood personality.

He’s heard that shit before.

This is where the money is made.

In your ability to find a new, creative angle.

That’s what separates the mediocre from the great.

A unique mechanism which instantly creates that “Aha” moment in their brain and makes them believe this, and more importantly you, is the missing link they’ve been searching for.

In this instance, here’s an angle you could take:

Instagram is the driver of status now.

Anyone who denies this is either deaf, blind or dumb.

So you pitch him on leveraging Instagram to his advantage.

That’s a new angle.

One he hasn’t heard before.

His brain starts lighting up with dopamine.

This is it.

The answer to his prayers.

You’ve got him.

You explain, vividly, how his Instagram is the real cause of his despair.

You twist, tease, agitate the pain and continually relate it back to this point.

Get him to the point where it’s absolutely inconceivable that anything other than his woeful Insta account could be the cause of his problems.

And of course, that’s when you come in to save the day.

You know how to grow a social media following.

You’ve done it for yourself and for your clients (this is all a hypothetical example, remember - play along).

And you can do that for him too.

Except at this point he’s so convinced it’s the root cause of all his troubles he’s already asking you to send him the payment link and start working together.

You’ve found the root cause.

And doubled down on it til it’s all he can think about.

This email isn’t about trying to pitch your clients on Instagram.

If that’s your takeaway, you’ve missed the point entirely.

This is just an illustration of the process.

A way make the intangible tangible.

An example of how to be orange in a sea of blue and pitch clients in a way they never expected.

This is what creates a great offer and a great salesman.

The ability to weave in a new, unexpected, creative root cause behind someone’s problems that they’d never previously considered and then position a unique mechanism around solving this.

Creativity.

That is what makes good copy.

That is what makes a good salesman.

That is what makes a good offer.

Talk soon,

Harry

It’s really your choice.
